This website introduces JAKO Digital’s services for independent businesses. Contact hello@jakodigital.com with any questions. Legal owner details and the business contact address must be completed before launch.
Enquiries and quotations
Sending a form is an enquiry, not an order or a contract. No payment is collected by these forms. We will confirm scope, deliverables, price, tax treatment, third-party charges, payment schedule and timing in writing. For website projects, a 50% deposit is required before development begins and the remaining 50% is payable before launch. Project scope and included revisions are agreed before work begins.
Published prices
Starter websites start at £399 for up to 3 pages. Business websites start at £699 for up to 6 pages. Essential Care is £29 per month and Business Care is £49 per month. Google Review NFC plaques are £20 for one or £15 each when ordering 2 or more. Digital menu solutions and larger orders are quoted individually.
Prices are in pounds sterling. Domain registration, hosting, delivery, paid assets and additional functionality are included only if stated in your quote. VAT status and the final payable total will be confirmed before you agree to buy.
Website projects
Your written agreement will cover the number of pages, content responsibilities, revisions, schedule, approval process and handover. Additional pages, bespoke functionality and major changes are quoted separately. Integration with established existing booking providers is included only where required and supported by the agreed scope. Provider subscriptions and complex integrations are quoted separately; JAKO Digital does not operate its own booking platform. You must have permission to use the text, branding, photos and other materials you supply. Rights to final work and third-party assets will be specified in the agreement.
Care plans
Essential Care (£29/month) includes basic hosting, SSL, an eligible .co.uk domain allowance up to £15/year subject to agreed terms, routine technical maintenance and up to 15 minutes of small content edits per month. Business Care (£49/month) includes those essentials, with up to 30 minutes of small content edits per month in place of the 15-minute allowance, basic monitoring and priority basic support. Management is optional; hosting must be arranged separately if no care plan is chosen. Substantial redesigns, new features and third-party subscriptions are not automatically included. Billing, domain eligibility, response arrangements and cancellation terms are agreed in writing. A plan does not include unlimited changes or guaranteed search rankings. No fixed support response time is promised on this website.
NFC products and digital menus
Google Review plaque pricing is £20 for one or £15 each for two or more; these prices do not apply automatically to other products. Delivery is charged separately where applicable. Plaques are programmed to the agreed destination and tested as part of order fulfilment, with no ongoing JAKO Digital subscription. Availability, product details, link setup, compatibility and lead times are confirmed before an order is placed. NFC requires a compatible device and suitable settings. Google review links and third-party platforms depend on their respective providers. Review plaques do not guarantee reviews or ratings.
Venue owners are responsible for menu accuracy, pricing and allergen information. Keep a suitable alternative available for customers who cannot use NFC or a digital menu.
Payments, cancellations and problems
Your quotation or order agreement will explain payment, cancellation, refund and fault-handling arrangements, including any rules for personalised products. If you are buying as a consumer, applicable statutory rights are unaffected; any required cancellation information must be provided before purchase. Please report problems promptly by email so we can investigate.
Demonstration work
Portfolio designs and the digital-menu visual are illustrative concepts. NFC product photographs supplied by the owner are identified as supplier images; printed star graphics are product artwork, not verified ratings. Platform names do not imply endorsement or partnership. They do not represent completed customer work, real clients or endorsements. Final deliverables are agreed per project.
Using this website
Do not misuse the site, submit malicious material or attempt unauthorised access. We aim for accurate information but may update content and service availability. This website does not promise particular sales, search rankings, review counts or business outcomes.
Responsibility and governing law
Any project-specific responsibility and liability terms will be agreed in writing. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits applicable statutory rights. These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
